TUNA SALAD over MIXED GREENS
~ serves 2; Paleo, gluten & dairy-free
- 1 (6 oz) can of tuna, in water (preferably wild-caught)
- 3 TBSPs Chosen Foods Avocado Mayo
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon dried dill weed
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- 3 TBSPs chopped onion (optional)
- 4 cups mixed greens
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve half the tuna salad over 2 cups of mixed greens. Drizzle with additional lemon juice if desired.
