Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

~ 2 servings, Paleo, vegan & dairy free

- 2 ½ large, ripe bananas, cut into 1 inch chunks and frozen

- 1 ½ TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 TBSPs peanut butter (or other nut butter)

- 2 ½ TBSPs unsweetened almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)

     Place all ingredients in a food processor or powerful blender and blend until uniform and smooth. Enjoy right away or place in the freezer for 1-2 hours for a more firm ice cream!
