VANILLA BANANA ICE CREAM
~ serves 2, dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free option & vegan
- 2 ½ large, ripe bananas, cut into 1 inch chunks and frozen
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ½ TBSPs unsweetened almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
Place all ingredients into a food processor or powerful blender and blend until uniform and smooth. Enjoy right away or place in the freezer for 1-2 hours for a more firm ice cream!
