Healthy Brownie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed pitted dates (medjool are best)

  • 1 cup raw cashews

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cocao

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the dates and cashews to a food processor and process well, until a fine crumble forms.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and process again until fully combined.

  3. Using your hands, form 1 inch balls. I pack them as I roll them in my palms.

  4. Place in the fridge for 1 hour. Enjoy cold or room temp.
