Healthy Brownie Bites
Ingredients
1 cup packed pitted dates (medjool are best)
1 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cocao
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4-1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
Add the dates and cashews to a food processor and process well, until a fine crumble forms.
Add the remaining ingredients and process again until fully combined.
Using your hands, form 1 inch balls. I pack them as I roll them in my palms.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour. Enjoy cold or room temp.
