Creamy Triple Berry Chia Smoothie
~serves 1, Paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1 ripe banana (frozen is best!)
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries (the combination I buy is raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries)
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 2 ice cubes
*you can easily add protein powder to this to make for a fuller drink
Place all ingredients in a high power blender and blend until completely uniform. This is great made ahead and stored in the fridge until morning or freeze multiple batches for easy grab-and-go breakfasts.
